NORWEGIAN TALKS

NORWEGIAN TALKS offers the knowledge of young Norwegian architectural production. The exhibition, which opened last May in Ascoli Piceno and edited by Professor . prof.Gennaro Nicola Flora and Postiglione, aims to expose, sixteen years after the coming of the Norwegian master Sverre Fehn at Ascoli in 1994, some of the new generation of Norwegian architects who have succeeded in developing, reinterpreting, themes and approaches to the project. Their production represents a quality interpretation of the "Nordic spirit" which summarizes the ability to negotiate local tradition and architectural experimentation, building expertise and relationship with nature.


About 100 meters linear of photos and drawings will be exhibited in the Municipal Library "Silvio Zavatti" Civitanova Marche, a former House of Balilla designed by Adalberto Libera in 1934. The event is an opportunity to rediscover and bring to a container of value, in visiting the exhibition, the visitor will know the spaces created by free through in a comprehensive promenade.

Civitanova The event, sponsored and organized by the Order of Architects of the Province of Macerata, will open Saturday, September 18 at 17.30 with the meeting " NORWEGIAN TALKS. In conversation with Knut Hjeltnes presso la Biblioteca Comunale “Silvio Zavatti” di Civitanova March e .  L'appuntamento, a cui sarà presente l'Ambasciatore Norvegese in Italia, vedrà la partecipazione di uno dei principali esponenti della produzione architettonica norvegese contemporanea e di Manuel Orazi, collaboratore di Abitare. 
A presentare NORWEGIAN TALKS saranno l'Arch.Enzo Fusari (Presidente OPPC Provincia di Macerata),  Massimo Mobili (Sindaco di Civitanova e Assessore alla Cultura),  Einar M. Bull, Ambasciatore della Reale Ambasciata di Norvegia a Roma “Norsk Form”, il  Prof. Arch. Nicola Flora (docente di Progettazione degli Interni presso la Facoltà di Architettura di Ascoli Piceno), l' Arch.Marco Pipponzi (Presidente della Biblioteca Comunale “Silvio Zavatti".
L'arch.Carlo De Mattia modererà gli interventi.
